| Total SEO & Marketing are looking for an intern to join our team – we are a busy internet marketing agency in Aldershot seek an intern as a Trainee Account Manager to join our team.
We specialise in:
Search Engine Optimisation & helping clients get more business online
Google Adwords
Social Media Campaigns
Web Design & Hosting
The role will involve:
Dealing with clients by telephone (occasionally face to face)
Analysing and sending reports to clients
Handling email enquiries (lots of them)
New enquiries (some sales) – by phone, email and live chat
Making recommendations and advising clients
Helping with other areas to improve clients online marketing
While experience is not necessary, it would be useful if candidates had as many of the skills below as possible:
Sales
Customer Service
Confidence
Ability to think on feet
Team player
Fast learner
Can do approach
Attention to Detail
Winning personality
Also, any experience of search engine marketing, advertising, marketing, websites, website coding/HTML/Wordpress, Google search and Adwords would be very beneficial.
Hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, generous salary, holiday allowance and other benefits.
